Six Lines can be used without creating an account, and most data is stored locally on your device. Some optional synced data is stored on our servers and linked to your anonymous device identifier.
Open Six Lines and go to Settings. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete All Data”. This will permanently remove:
Any synced data on our servers associated with your device will also be deleted within 30 days.
Deleting the Six Lines app from your device removes all locally stored data. If you also want synced server data removed, use “Delete All Data” in the app before uninstalling.
Six Lines uses an anonymous device identifier for API requests (such as fetching almanac data or requesting hexagram interpretations). This identifier:
When you use “Delete All Data” in the app, any synced data on our servers will also be deleted within 30 days. Limited request logs may still be retained for security and abuse prevention for a short time.
If you have an active Master Access subscription, deleting your data or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel:
Apple manages all subscription billing. We do not have access to your payment information.
